The October meeting of the Astronomical Society of Albury Wodonga will feature Special Guest Speaker Greg Bradley. Greg lives in the foothills of the Blue Mountains to the north west of Sydney where he has setup an observatory which he can control from the comfort of his own house. He has also setup another observatory at a dark sky location south of Bathurst.
Greg is highly regarded in the Australian astrophotography community and is a multiple David Malin Award nominee. His work has also been recognised with numerous Anacortes Picture of the Day, as awarded through the Astromart website.
Greg will be giving a talk titled "Astrophotography From Lenses To Telescope" which draws on his six years experience in astrophotography ranging from wide field camera based night scapes to high end deep sky telescope imaging.
